Description:

Epsom Salts provide temporary relief of muscular aches and stiffness of joints and as a laxative.

Ingredients:

Contains: 9.7% Magnesium (Mg) and 12.8% Sulfur (S) as sulfate.

Usage:

Dissolve 375g in an average size bath of warm water. As a laxative: Dissolve 5 to 15g (15g = 2 level teaspoons) in a glass of water, followed by another glass of water, preferably before breakfast., Dissolve 375g in an average size bath of warm water.
